Terms of Service

By creating an account or using VITRINA in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice.

VITRINA turns product photos into finished, storefront-ready images using AI image generation. You upload a source photo and description, choose a category and scene preset, and we return several generated variants. We apply an automated fidelity gate to every result before it reaches you.

The service is provided globally and is available in English and Russian. We use managed AI model APIs (via fal.ai), Supabase for data and storage, Polar as our merchant of record for billing, and Vercel for hosting.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use VITRINA. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at hello@anmflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must have the legal right to use any image or content you upload. Do not upload images that are stolen, infringe third-party intellectual property, or contain content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

Do not use VITRINA to produce content that is harmful, deceptive, or misrepresents your products to buyers. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape outputs at scale, or interfere with other users.

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and descriptions you upload. By submitting content, you grant VITRINA a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the service to you — processing your images through the generation pipeline and storing results for your download.

This license ends when you delete the content or close your account. We never use your uploaded photos to train AI models, and we never sell your content to any third party.

Generated images are produced by AI and are inherently probabilistic. We run an automated fidelity gate on every variant to verify that the product color, shape, material, and text are preserved before the result reaches you. Variants that fail the gate are re-generated at our cost.

We make no guarantee of a specific artistic outcome, exact match to every scene reference, or suitability for any particular marketplace. Use the generated images at your own judgment.

VITRINA operates on a subscription model with monthly credit allocations. Credits are deducted only per delivered, passing shot — internal re-generation retries do not touch your balance.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly credits expire at renewal and are not refunded. Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once partially used.

EU right of withdrawal: as a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because VITRINA is digital content/services supplied immediately, by starting to generate images you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for credits already consumed. Unused, unconsumed credits within the first 14 days are refundable on request.

Polar Software Inc. is our merchant of record: Polar is the seller for every order, handles payment processing, and collects and remits any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your invoice and card statement will show Polar, and refunds and billing disputes are handled through the Polar customer portal linked from your dashboard. Prices are shown on our pricing page; for consumers in the EU, prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the output images generated from your uploads. VITRINA assigns no claim to the generated results.

VITRINA owns the platform, its code, design system, preset library, fidelity pipeline, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers any VITRINA IP to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or for non-payment. Upon termination, your content will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITRINA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VITRINA in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. We will always try to resolve disputes amicably first.

Consumers in the EU may also refer a dispute to the consumer-protection authority in their country of residence; in Latvia this is the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC, ptac.gov.lv). For any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@anmflow.com.
