Are the images ready for Amazon, Etsy, Shopify or eBay?
Yes. Alongside your styled scenes, export presets produce clean, correctly-sized images that fit each marketplace's rules — including contained white-background shots for Amazon's main-image requirement. You can pull a whole batch as a ZIP, organised by SKU and shot, so a catalog goes straight from upload to listing.
What happens to my photos?
Your source images are used only to produce your shots — nothing else. They are never used to train models and never sold or shared for advertising. Data is handled in the EU, uploads are stripped of EXIF/GPS metadata, and you can export everything we hold or permanently delete your account and files at any time, right from your dashboard.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
Your account and images live on infrastructure hosted in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt), with strict per-account access rules so no one else can reach your files. Every third party we rely on — for hosting, image generation, and billing — is named on our Subprocessors page, and a data-processing agreement is available on request.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. The images are of your own product and are yours to use across your storefronts, marketplaces, ads, and social — no per-image licence, no watermark. They're built to go straight onto a listing.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits. A credit is spent only when a shot passes the fidelity gate and is delivered to you — Fast costs 1, Balanced 2, Premium 5. Every internal re-generation, escalation to a higher tier, and rejected variant is on us, never billed. You always pay for delivered results, not attempts.
What if I run out of credits?
Buy a one-off top-up pack anytime — 100, 500, or 1000 credits at a flat €0.06 each — or move up a plan. Top-ups never change your subscription, and unused credits roll over and accumulate, so nothing you've paid for is lost at the end of the month.
What if a shot comes back wrong?
You're only ever charged for shots that pass the fidelity gate, so a result that fails our own check costs you nothing — it's re-generated automatically at our cost. If a run can't produce a faithful shot at all, no credit is spent. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on new subscriptions, subject to our Terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly, and you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade whenever you like from the customer portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you cancel, any credits you've already accumulated stay yours to spend.
